Position: Crop Production Operator (On site - Reynolds, IN)

Salary Range: $50-75K depending on experience

Bio Town Ag is a diversified, innovative, and growth oriented agricultural business with operations involving crop production, livestock production, organic waste recycling and renewable energy. We are seeking an experienced individual to add to our crop production team.

Primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Operating ag equipment such tillage equipment and grain cart
• Grain hauling
• Assisting with equipment maintenance
• Assisting with land improvement projects.

Individual will have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and can work well in a team setting or autonomously. Candidate must be self-motivated, and performance driven.
